Introduction
The Commercial Division is operated from the company's Grays Office by Trevor Foster, FRICS, IRRV, and covers the field of both agency work embracing all types of commercial, retail and industrial property as well as other professional services in relation thereto including landlord and tenant rating and property management and development.
A reputation for effective and efficient negotiation has been earned through a wide based knowledge of all types of property in the South Essex and East London areas. Agency activity generated by Grays and the company's other offices at Barking and Romford are co-ordinated by one Director, ensuring that effective use is made of the geographical spread of the branch network.
